Please note the following regarding online returns and exchanges:
- Refunds and gift vouchers are issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs and international bank fees.
- Domestic exchanges for online orders will be re-shipped free of charge to Australian addresses.
- International customers wishing to exchange their online order will be charged for shipping.
Returning Your Online Order? You Have Two Options!
Option One - Post Your Order Back To Zomp Online
Step 1. Pack up your item in the original packaging. If you no longer have the Zomp branded shipping satchel - please pack the box of shoes into a suitable shipping bag. Please pack your item back up to the way you received it to help ensure that it isn't damaged in transit.
Step 2. Download a return form - this will go inside your return parcel. To download a returns form you can click on the link above.
Step 3. Retrieve your order invoice from your emails for your reference and complete the returns form. Please ensure you fill out each field accurately. Print your returns form out, and place it inside your return parcel. Please do not adhere the return form to the top of the box. This information is for our returns team so they can process your request as soon as they can.
Step 4. Using your resealable ZOMP satchel or a suitable plain shipping satchel, post the item/s and your completed ZOMP Return Form to:
The cost of returning an item is at the customer’s expense. ZOMP is not liable for return shipping costs, duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases or lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend to choose a tracking service when returning your order.
Option Two - Return Your Order In Store
We accept online returns and exchanges in any of our ZOMP stores nationwide. All you need to return your item in store is your order number which is provided in your order confirmation email.

Online In-Store Return Processing Time Frames
Refunds - Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs and international bank fees.
Exchanges – You are more than welcome to exchange your online order in store. You can contact our customer care team to see if your closest ZOMP store has the item you are after.
If the item you want is of lesser value the remaining amount will be credited to you via a gift voucher. If the item you want is of higher value you can process the remaining amount using a credit card or Afterpay.
For exchanges that need to be processed by our online team, please allow 1-2 business days for the exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your new tracking information attached.
If we are unable to process an exchange due to unavailable stock you will receive either a refund for full priced items or a gift voucher for returned sale items.
Gift Vouchers - Please allow 2-3 business days for the voucher to be issued. You will receive an email with the voucher attached. You are able to used your voucher both online and in store, and has an expiry of 3 years from the issue date. For more information about our gift vouchers click here!
