Returning your purchase online is easy, simply follow these steps:
- Carefully read through our Return & Exchange Policy, to ensure you qualify for a Return.
- Retrieve your invoice, this was sent to via email when you placed your order – you can find this by searching for ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ in your inbox. You will need this information when completing your Returns Form.
- Download and print the Returns Form – find the downloadable link at the bottom of this page.
- Complete your Return Form, ensuring you complete each field accurately. If you are unsure if you qualify for your desired return (Credit Note, Refund or Exchange) please check our Returns & Exchange Policy or contact us.
- Using your resealable ZOMP satchel, post the item/s and your completed ZOMP Return Form to:

If it is more convenient for you to drop into any of our Zomp stores nationally, you can return your order there. All you need is your invoice with your order number to provide to our shop assistants.
- If you are after an exchange this can be processed straight away in store. If the exchange is of a lesser value you will receive a gift voucher of the remaining amount. Gift vouchers can be used in store and online and have an expiry of 3 years from the issue date.
- If you are after a refund or a gift voucher, please note that this cannot be processed on the spot in-store. Our in-store shop assistant will notify the Zomp online team when your return has been received, and we will process your request accordingly. Please allow 1-2 business days for Zomp Online to process this request.
ZOMP online will only accept orders that are returned in their original packaging and original condition. This means items need to be returned in the original box. Please do not adhere the return form to the top of the box.
Original packaging doesn't include the ZOMP satchel that the item came in, though all our branded satchels are multi-use, so if you happen to need to return an item for any reason, this can be done using this bag. There is a secondary seal, placed on the lip of the satchel for this reason.
Please note the following regarding online returns and exchanges:
- Refunds are issued for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs and international bank fees
- The cost of returning an item is at the customer’s expense. ZOMP is not liable for return shipping costs, duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases or lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend to choose a tracking service when returning your order.
- Domestic exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge to Australian addresses
- International customers wishing to exchange an item will be charged for shipping
