Once your item/s have been returned and received at Zomp we will process your Online exchange or return as quickly as possible. While we do our best to ensure this is done without delay, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once ZOMP has received your return.
Please note that unfortunately different bank processing times may cause delays, please allow 3 to 5 business days from return confirmation for funds to clear into your account.
We recommend that when returning an item via the postal service, that you send the parcel with registered tracking. ZOMP is not liable for return orders that are missing or undelivered.
